Refunds
Frejj will accept refunds only if there are faults in the construction of the product or if the leather is deemed to be faulty. Contact should be made within 14 days of receipt of the product, outlining the problem. Frejj will then confirm the problem or faults and issue a refund. Exchanges can also be made instead of a refund. Refunds will only be accepted also if the item has not been used in any way. Item should be returned within a month to receive a refund/exchange. Exchange will be valid for 6 months.
Return postage with tracking to be paid by the customer and once item is received, original cost and postage will then be refunded via paypal or payment method.
Sale items cannot be refunded.
